A simple Saturday with heavy conclusion

Was quite hectic in a sense yesterday, waking up about 6:30 on a Saturday morning.

Purpose: send sis off to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal

Reason: She's going golfing(to propel a small, hard ball with the use of various clubs into each hole with as few strokes as possible).

While heading back home to catch up on my napping, a strong vibration occurs while traveling on TPE, and from the way it starts to shift towards any direction probably gives any idiot which tyre is the culprit and what should your reaction be,where the worst happened and...the tyre burst.yeah burst.

So was at Loyang Flyover for quite sometime, while the workshop mechanics are still sleeping if not still, brushing teeth.Left my vehicle by the road shoulder of the expressway and go grab some puff and coffee before heading back home for some dials.

Received a call from the Expressway Monitoring Advisory System (EMAS) call centre , that for safety reason, the vehicle will be towed to the nearest car park, the guys are providing me some assurance and the information they provide and requested are worth a praise, nice one EMAS. Well, which i assumed it better that leaving it beside that stretch of road where vehicles travels up to 100km/hr which most goes much higher than that rushing for work, that is why you often see vehicles being stopped by the side with a traffic police in white, smiling at all the possible reasons the driver tries to explain in the shortest possible time.

I received a message asking me that very evening if i need to change the tyre since it's burst, and it costs about S$100 plus, and i mentioned that in that very discussion right on my first and upcoming conversation with different reps. It's not a very big company, but heck, it's indeed gaining profit based on my couple visits, the concept is good. Seriously good.

The showroom/waiting area looks like some bank, well-furnished with parts for those with extras to spend. At times, it's how they manage the matters that matters, the importance of information work flow and how they are getting updates within the loop. They do have great customer service which is compulsory when it comes to a business, but a good system is damn well important too.
It's that simple, if they've a system running. Maybe i can become a system consultant due to my previous work experiences...

Employ me you fool. Take my money, I'll take yours and improve your system and make the world go round.
