Lost her for a while

Just lost my dog for a while
searching high and low
apparently my dad left the gate open
and there she ran out in search of my sis i guess
sticks to her like the strongest glue on earth
i guess it's a she-she thingy bonding
and she got lost
we spent about 30minutes trying to locate her
her bark got us nearer,with watery eyes looking at me
that should be the last time
scare shit
here she is dozing off beside me

Can't imagine someone/something you never really bother much lies there until one day he/she is gone, that's where everything becomes much clearer.
