i'm coming

It's free flow of beer for tomorrow from 6pm onwards all the way till 2009 and beyond. =)

Monday, December 29, 2008

It all started on the 27th to 28th morning =)

10:30PM---Looking at the crowds at Clark Quay while waiting for kim, some are leaving home and some just got started. Decided to walk over to support Kenneth at Helipad. Great choice made. I love the place and the music you played.

1:15AM or so---Hopped towards Dxo to join gang(Double pearl & weina) for some more partying. I found my old skool friend, Vincent among the gang. What a small world.

2:00AM i guess--- Headed down to E-Hub K-Box for birthday celebration for Piao. He was waiting for us to cut the cake together, sorry for the waiting and that is so sweet for a guy don't you agree? Usually guys behaves slightly more gentle towards ladies, not here! :)

Piao, to you.
Happy Birthday to you,
Happy Birthday to you...
Happy Birthday Happy Always,
Brother...

Happy Birthday to you.

**To Fran who's birthday falls on this date as well. Happy Birthday Buddy!!!
**To both of you, your presents are coming right soon. It's in preparation, guys are always more clumpsy. Alright, shall not drag the rest...I'm more clumpsy.

3am---K-Box shuts down for the day, we headed towards Boat Quay for more rounds. Alvin headed down and meet us there for a happier session. =) Throughout the session, guess i didn't touch any glasses cause I know I'm tipsy, tipsy is just getting the right amount having lotsa fun than getting drunk. Double Pearl,150,Lam,Alvin,Cray0n,Piao and Kim, hope you enjoyed the night as well. :)

6am---We left home for the day. Another day. It was such a wonderful gathering with you guys and gals. Dare and True to everything.
You are happy people.
Love you HP. =)

That's a really nice setup jace_e_soloist!!
New Year eve, i'm all yours buddy!
Let's party!!!

Daniel's ROM is coming tomorrow at 4 seasons, and i should be waking up at about 4 in the morning to head down to the fish port to get some fresh stuff for tomorrow's party with welson and gang. Wonder how i'll turn up fishy on his reception.

Just can't describe how i feel when i won't be working till next year!!
I still love my job, just that it requires a lot of technical stuff and customer relationship matters. All these indicates double concentration, even after work. All the absorbing of knowledge till wee hours drains a lot of energies. So perhaps my alarm is working, but not my brain when it's time to head off work.

My scope of field often transport my brain cells as far as 36,000 km from earth to just about few cm in length comparison. Just Love it. Hope that i'm able to manage my time wisely for studies this coming 2009.

But i'll leave my inbox open for any discussion, jam my mail box i've the time! weeee!!!

=)

One,two,three,four,five and six.
12 legs makes 2 good pots.
After looking through,
YEs...something wrong with the drawing on the slip.
"This is Keroppi . NOT FROG PORRIDGE! "

St. Nicholas is coming to town

Gene Autry, Oakley Haldeman (c) 1947

Here comes Santa Claus!
Here comes Santa Claus!
Right down Santa Claus Lane!
Vixen and Blitzen and all his reindeer
are pulling on the reins.
Bells are ringing, children singing;
All is merry and bright.
Hang your stockings and say your prayers,
'Cause Santa Claus comes tonight.
Here comes Santa Claus!
Here comes Santa Claus!
Right down Santa Claus Lane!
He's got a bag that is filled with toys
for the boys and girls again.
Hear those sleigh bells jingle jangle,
What a beautiful sight.
Jump in bed, cover up your head,
'Cause Santa Claus comes tonight

My paper

I've been thinking quite a bit this week about self management, about work flow and processes. How to go about to get things done efficiently and lastly, maintain it and not stray off the track. Have tried writing out the concept, to-do-list right to the conclusion, if followed properly.

I lost my paper somewhere out there.

When should i really be taking the time to slow down and when should i take a bigger step forward. Setting the correct boundaries and getting clear on what is acceptable and what's not. Ground rules are there for a reason to be more productive.

Guess my notes are within reach.

This time last year was the period I've submitted my resignation letter for a company i love working for. To be exact the day on my bd. 4 months of handing and taking over and overall 5 interviews before confirmation.Thank you all for the efforts and concerns. To move on than to relocate to another department or company is still not what i need, a bold move when you know your pay slip will drop quite a bit after moving from one sector to another after 6 years with good prospects and expecting the economic downturn in the private sectors.
Then thinking about doing what you like most might change your mind, before it's conclusion time.Glad that my current scope and appointment allows me to undertake important roles, glad that my eyes are open to a wider perspective. I found love doing what i love most without getting to wake up early, caught in jams and flashing my pass to get entry.

So, i found my paper.

Clear stock, clear stock for today and tomorrow.
Personal time for personal stuff.
Just have to make room for the new year planning.
For the room neat once again before moving to clean up rest of the area.
Mocha just gotta wait for a while before i bring her out for a stroll, she does look bored.

List of things to do, one-by-one and the rest shall come.

You will never "find" time for anything. If you want time, you must make it.
Charles Bruxton

I recommend you take care of the minutes and the hours will take care of themselves.
Earl of Chesterfield

Time is a file that wears and makes no noise.
English Proverb

Those that make the best use of their time have none to spare.
Thomas Fuller

To comprehend a man's life, it is necessary to know not merely what he does but also what he purposely leaves undone. There is a limit to the work that can be got out of a human body or a human brain, and he is a wise man who wastes no energy on pursuits for which he is not fitted; and he is till wiser who, from among the things that he can do well, chooses and resolutely follows the best.

I feel the winter in a tropical country, an island or rather a dot that doesn't have 4 seasons.

I feel it because I'm running sick.

I feel that this is just a reminder to cherish every moment and stay happy, disturbing others.

To you, remember our conversation.

Do not be worried about the past, it's over.

Do not be worried about the future, you can't have it now.

Do be worried about present if you are still going to be worried.

It's a present, it's a gift.

The future comes when you open the ribbons.

i'm glad i came for the sharing session instead of going to the doc,
it's good and to learn what i've forgotten is just so priceless.

We just need some reminders in life.

We're connecting people

I got a kind reminder around me that it's time for me to seriously update the blog, thanks god it's not made from metal(getting rusty...).

I took a big break about 3months from my previous job, to embark into a new direction within my interests.

So much into technologies, fresh before, during and after managing of info from the local market, as for now. Indeed, which is seriously what I'm looking forward into an ever-changing environment and a new set of injection after 6 years with a government body.

Moving forward, met some strangers in life who turns out to be good friends for many years to come. They are those who put in 100% in their scope, with little compliments given for the jobs they did well. Only those in the circles shares their success and recognition.

Non work-related, but happy moments after work.

Have a Blessed Day

A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which said: 'I am blind, please help.' There were only a few coins in the hat.

A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words.
Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, 'Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?'
The man said, 'I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way.'What he had written was: 'Today is a beautiful day and I cannot see it.'
Do you think the first sign and the second sign were saying the same thing?
Of course both signs told people the boy was blind. But the first sign simply said the boy was blind. The second sign told people they were so lucky that they were not blind. Should we be surprised that the second sign was more effective?

Moral of the Story: Be thankful for what you have. Be creative. Be innovative. Think differently and positively.
Invite others towards good with wisdom. Live life with no excuse and love with no regrets. When life gives you a 100 reasons to cry, show life that you have 1000 reasons to smile. Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future with! out fear. Keep the faith and eradicate the fear.
Great men say, 'Life has to be an incessant process of repair and reconstruction, of discarding evil and developing goodness. In the journey of life, if you want to travel without fear, you must have the ticket of a good conscience.'
The most beautiful thing is to see a person smilingAnd even more beautiful is, knowing that you are the reason behind it!!!
Have a Blessed Day!

Like a invisible friend of mine, always quoting from one famous...

"I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived." "i want to live, and i want to live it good.to love, life, happiness and self-discovery!"

For me, to life, i left the hut, out of the wood and right into the city in search of the world with only a map on my mobile, navigating myself through the heavy traffic, going through the city-guides among the little people compared to the tall mates. Fly-day-to-day

Friday, my pockets are almost empty for the month after spending some 3000 on metal sheets today and buying things i like and might not come useful.

Looking at the brighter corner, i should be able to get back more in a while, meanwhile it's time to compare various mobile schemes and to choose the service provider with the plans best catered for my needs, and all these when I'm too dependant on something, in this case, my mobile. Feels really weird not holding one right now, sending and receiving the basic messaging services, making calls disturbing friends and being disturbed. I seriously need to tie a string connecting the phone to my belt.

Talking about expansion in which the more you expand your wallet capacity,
the smaller your notes seems to be.Perhaps the same theory that comes from my friends, no matter how fast your car can be when you steps on the accelerator and how much faster it goes, there is always a blind-spot and time to change parts to make it one of the fastest in its category. After which comes the cosmetics department, where you dress up and make tiny changes that you will forget after a while, so you ended up spending more. And these over a period becomes a habit, a very negative habit.

So in this case, it's never enough.

Talking about expansion here and there, it's just best to understand credit limits.

choose wisely, i used to do that blindly.

Invisible friend of mine

To you BM, rest in peace.

For me, living once again.

this girl who had four boyfriends

I got this in my mail, and just thought it's nice, read on...

Once upon a time there was this girl who had four boyfriends.

She loved the 4th boyfriend the most and adored him with rich robes and
treated him to the finest of delicacies. She gave him nothing but the best.

She also loved the 3rd boyfriend very much and was always showing him off
to neighboring kingdoms. However, she feared that one day he would leave
her for another.

She also loved her 2nd boyfriend. He was her confidant and was always

kind, considerate and patient with her. Whenever this girl faced a
problem, she could confide in him, and he would help her get through the difficult times.

The girls 1st boyfriend was a very loyal partner and had made great contributions in maintaining her wealth and kingdom. However, she did not love the first boyfriend. Although he loved her deeply, she hardly took notice of him!

One day, the girl fell ill and she knew her time was short. She thought of her luxurious life and wondered, I now have four boyfriends with me, but when I die, I'll be all alone.'
Thus, she asked the 4th boyfriend, 'I loved you the most, endowed you with the finest clothing and showered great care over you. Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me company?'

'No way!', replied the 4th boyfriend, and he walked away without
another word.

His answer cut like a sharp knife right into her heart.

The sad girl then asked the 3rd boyfriend, 'I loved you all my life.
Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me company?'

'No!', replied the 3rd boyfrien d. 'Life is too good! When you die,
I'm going to marry someone else!' Her heart sank and turned cold.

She then asked the 2nd boyfriend, 'I have always turned to you for help
and you've always been there for me.
When I die, will you follow me and keep me company?'

'I'm sorry, I can't help you out this time!', replied the 2nd
boyfriend.

'At the very most, I can only walk with you to your grave.'

His answer struck her like a bolt of lightning, and the girl was devastated.

Then a voice called out: 'I'll go with you.

I'll follow you nomatter where you go..'

The girl looked up, and there was his first boyfriend. He was very skinny as he suffered from malnutrition and neglect(i guess you're laughing right now).

Greatly grieved, the girl said, 'I should have taken much better care of you when I had the chance!'

In truth, you have 4 boyfriends in your lives:
Your 4th boyfriend is your body. No matter how much time and effort you
lavish in making it look good, it will leave you when you die.

Your 3rd boyfriend is your possessions, status and wealth. When you die, it will all go to others.

Your 2nd boyfriend is your family and friends. No matter how much they have been there for you, the furthest they can stay by you is up to the grave.

And your 1st boyfriend is your Soul. Often neglected in pursuit of wealth, power and pleasures of the world. However, your Soul is the only thing that will follow you where ever you go.Cultivate, strengthen and cherish it now, for it is the only part of you that will follow you and continue with you throughout Eternity.

Pass this on to someone you care about - I just did.
Being happy doesn't mean everything's perfect. It means you've decided to see beyond the imperfections."

Euro 2008 belongs to Spain

I guess about more than 10,000 Spanish fans are going to shave, or have shaved their heads.

This was the pledge to do so if Spain wins Euro 2008, and 20 out of the total will be more thrilled if they found out that they've won some of the 20 cameras that will be offered to those who took the pledge.Hair cut is big business right now.

That is history. Spain won and lifted the trophy once again ever since 1964.
The Spanish delivered the results, and i believe we can see from what the national team has to offer throughout the matches.

Both the German and Spanish delivered a good show for the world, I've seen both teams cheering for their teams during the entire match, and celebrating together even if their team did not lift the trophy. They understands that it does not only requires luck, but tremendous efforts and qualities to reach the finals. And that's the right spirit of football or for any other games, with no complaints.

As for me, another office guy.
It's time to head to work, lack of sleep holding my cup of coffee.
Still smiling.

No title on 23 June 2008

Attended Yunqin's wedding yesterday night at Furama Riverfront, then i realise I've been there helping out with one of my mate's wedding in another ballroom. She must be the most happening bride of all we must say, the bride that interacts more than any weddings I've attended and the groom,oh so shy.Perhaps mostly due to so many years of friendship since high school, that's like ten over years. And meeting up the rest of the gangs during the few hours dinner, is just so great.

Evss,
I start going to high school, i need to join ECAs to get more points, Air Rifle Club and Chinese Orchestra. I swear if I've the time, i should be in almost 3/4 of the activities in school.Every Saturday was spent playing instruments and shooting target board, coins and dead cockroaches and all the puppy love, homework and games on weekdays.

School days in the 1990s, nobody worries much.

Then we got our results, and we moved on.
Some went to further their studies, some went on to work, some left the country seeking their dreams,
Over the years, many got married or planning to, in near future.

Some relationships turns sour after just a few years, but most went strong and stay beautiful to walk hand-in-hand till hair turns grey.

Once a while, You get to meet up for gathering and see how everyone is doing, some boost about their careers while some are frank, some lies about the sudden career switch while some lost contacts over the years.
Some calls you up suddenly after so long for a reason, while some meet up once a while just for pure gathering, that is so sweet and the relationship stays strong.

The second millennium came, known as Y2K where we belongs and that's my name in short form. It's here where i brought my new spectacles, with reviewed vision and clearer pictures, with each comes different understandings on different platforms.

Y2k where papers are everything,4Cs(car,condo,credit and cash) are never enough for most.People starts comparing on 2 Q's.
Qualities and Quantities.

By now, you should have plenty of experiences, knowing how to go about, how to see with your eyes, think with your brain and lastly came the feel from your heart.

At this point, it's all about my family, career and true friends to begin with, on the next chapter in life, not on a chapter but on a new book.

**With F7 before any saving paragraphs, new sentences and no more neglecting family as the start.

"Where's the Yung fella?! Haha a man full of wisdom, coffee and cigarettes. Learnt a lot about life from him, which at least made me dun feel so bored about life in this world. He's really a very organised, responsible and knowledgeable guy. Took great care of us and also not forgetting the time we worked till 0300! Will remember your coffee forever haha!"

There are two days in every week about which we should not worry

Two days which should be kept free from fear and
apprehension.

One of these days is Yesterday with all its mistakes and
cares, its faults and blunders, its aches and pains.
Yesterday has passed forever beyond our control.
All the money in the world cannot bring back Yesterday.
We cannot undo a single act we performed;
we cannot erase a single word we said.
Yesterday is gone forever.

The other day we should not worry about is Tomorrow
with all its possible adversities, its burdens,
its large promise and its poor performance;
Tomorrow is also beyond our immediate control.
Tomorrow's sun will rise,
either in splendor or behind a mask of clouds, but it will
rise.
Until it does, we have no stake in Tomorrow,
for it is yet to be born.

This leaves only one day, Today.
Any person can fight the battle of just one day.
It is when you and I add the burdens of those two awful
eternities
Yesterday and Tomorrow that we break down.
It is not the experience of Today that drives a person
mad,
it is the remorse or bitterness of something which happened
Yesterday
and the dread of what Tomorrow may bring.
Let us, therefore, live but one day at a time.

Summer (夏天)

Who's going or recently went for a evening walk, leisurely along the beach?

Raise up your hands...(no response)Anyone??

That breeze blowing across your hair...right at that moment is just the hot spot for family picnic during the day, and couples during you know what timing. Well i guess not now perhaps, it's that period between the two main monsoon season in Singapore with the equal/higher amount of bird shits piling on your rooftop.Car Wash is good business.

Good Stuff are always in demand, okay...next.

Temperature peaking a high of 3X°C and a low you & i never get to experience. I don't taste the raindrops anymore, never know if its some acid rain and you might be laughing, but it's going more on the extreme side years down.

Brought me some good old memories during school days where you are allowed to wear own clothes with some dress codes.I was the typical guy with that thick plastic spectacles, in t-shirt and Bermudas, walking around with that big portfolio. It's more practical.

My classmates ended up...

We all came in "smiling" dress code.

Frustration...not

In the latest news i read, was more than 50,000 people dead, missing or buried recent earthquake that happens in China at 7.9 on the scale and the aids to the victims of the recent cyclone in Myanmar, which swallows tens of thousands away.

We being humans being so confident are we in so many ways,
Yet showing vulnerabilities in the most you can find,in natural disasters that seems to behave in an entire different approach over the past few years.

Conclusion: "Don't make life complicated" & "Don't live simple", at least that's how i feel.

God Bless the people,
if there is...To me,
it's in everyone and known as "heart" and comes with "Love", shown with "care"

Why should the wedding ring be worn on the fourth finger?

There is a beautiful and convincing explanation...

Thumb represents your Parents
Second (Index) finger represents your Siblings
Middle finger represents yourself
Fourth (Ring) finger represents your Life Partner
& the Last (Little) finger represents your Children

Firstly, open your palms (face to face), bend the middle fingers and
hold them together - back to back.

Secondly, open and hold the remaining three fingers and the thumb -
tip to tip (As shown in the figure below):

Now, try to separate your thumbs (representing the parents)... They
will open, because your parents are not destined to live with you
lifelong, and have to leave you sooner or later.

Please join your thumbs as before and separate your Index fingers
(representing siblings)... They will also open, because your
brothers and sisters will have their own families and will have to
lead their own separate lives.

Now join the Index fingers and separate your Little fingers
(representing your children)... They will open too, because the
children also will get married and settle down on their own some day.

Finally, join your little fingers, and try to separate your Ring
fingers (representing your spouse).

You will be surprised to see that you just CANNOT... Because Husband
& Wife have to remain together all their lives - through thick and
thin!!

I haven't try that though, a mail received and i thought why not share it here.
More or less related to the stuff I've been doing these few days or so, busy doing up and snapping pictures of given pictures in clear resolution for a wedding video dedicated to Jeff & Kate on this coming 17th May. I just got some more photos this morning,phew...

This coming 17th will be both exciting as well as energy-draining for me, coming up as a video man and photographer,as well as doing the clips after that, and as a chauffeur to the relatives throughout the day. All these from as early as 6 in the morning till late night, way after the whole wedding dinner.

I'm kinda feeling at ease for the video/photography stuff, not that comfortable being a chauffeur though. I've encountered old-fashioned rich aunties ordering around as though i'm paid to do so in a "want to/feel like" rather than "required/need to" attitude, doing a favour during weddings and having to smile when you feel like punching on a sand bag. Customer Service, customers are not always right, but you cannot let them feel that they are entirely wrong.
And, i hate being ordered around without a valid reason.
Fingers crossed...
Just for you mate.

The Mayonnaise Jar and 2 Cups of Coffee

The Mayonnaise Jar and 2 Cups of Coffee

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24
hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2
cups of coffee.

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in
front of him. When the class began, he wordlessly picked up a very large
and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He
then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into
the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open
areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the
jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the
jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more
if the jar was full. The students responded with an unanimous 'yes.'

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table
and poured the entire contents into the jar effectively filling the
empty space between the sand. The students laughed.

'Now,' said the professor as the laughter subsided, 'I want you to
recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the
important things---God, your family, your children, your health, your
friends and your favorite passions---and if everything else was lost and
only they remained, your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your
house and your car.

The sand is everything else---the small stuff. 'If you put the sand
into the jar first,' he continued, 'there is no room for the pebbles or
the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and
energy on the small stuff you will never have room for the things that
are important to you.

'Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness.
Play with your children. Spend time with your parents. Visit with
grandparents. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your spouse out to
dinner. Play another 18. There will always be time to clean the house
and fix the disposal. Take care of the golf balls first---the things
that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.'

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee
represented. The professor smiled. 'I'm glad you asked.

It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may
seem, there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend.

Serious Business

First of all, wishing a very happy birthday to;

1)Charlie C---(yes, sorry a belated one),didn't really have the opportunity to work with and to get to know him better, he will do well holding the new appointment, this I'm certain.

2)Yiew Peiling---(I'm sure you'd had a good celebration with family and friends, not forgetting... you know what(BT), you know who(BT).

3)Seou Mei---hope you're working great as well as partying hard.Congrats as well on your graduation.

4)Desilu Anne Nair---The one with wisdom tooth extracted, probably still having difficulties enjoying a nice meal, let alone munching dark chocolate and spending with books.Happy 26Th.

Happy birthday chums.Rodney you too, though i wished already and drank with. =)
Duh...I'm wishing and whispering to the air-ternet.

There are some things you picked up and some you dropped along the way.Life is interesting don't you think, it's like knowledge.More like knowledge management which i used to work in and glad i did participated.
Well, you must be thinking that life is more or less about papers.
Fighting and pushing hard for papers.Papers are important.

For some break, with coffee, bread and snacks.I was watching some documentaries and just happen to find something to ponder about...

-Who says huge, gigantic houses can't move...the communication part is serious business, every single alignment and every single inch counts when it comes to up to 200 tonnes and everyone is working hand-in-hand.cool stuff, house movers.

-You got 2 pandas each of different sex, trying to get one to make history in certain region.Well,Panda mates only once a year...all the frozen sperms and eggs, and it comes to a point where there's no such thing as a "bad sperm",with ratings up to 5 depends on the movement or eagerness. It's truly amazing how science has brought along. But yeah, i just hope all the destruction to the habitats should stop immediately as well.

-nine men down, journalists were killed and how one went back in search for the rest many years later to bring them back, home.

-Some places in the other part of the world, bicycles are donated for volunteers to travel for lessons in poor areas. It take an average family 2 years to save up in order to purchase a bicycle. How many cars or how much did you brought it for?hmm, serious thoughts for "Needs" versus "Wants"

Everything has a comma or full-stop, at least for the programme before the next one comes. Then i think to myself,"what's next...".

it's time i get a job...

no, a career.

A simple Saturday with heavy conclusion

Was quite hectic in a sense yesterday, waking up about 6:30 on a Saturday morning.

Purpose: send sis off to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal

Reason: She's going golfing(to propel a small, hard ball with the use of various clubs into each hole with as few strokes as possible).

While heading back home to catch up on my napping, a strong vibration occurs while traveling on TPE, and from the way it starts to shift towards any direction probably gives any idiot which tyre is the culprit and what should your reaction be,where the worst happened and...the tyre burst.yeah burst.

So was at Loyang Flyover for quite sometime, while the workshop mechanics are still sleeping if not still, brushing teeth.Left my vehicle by the road shoulder of the expressway and go grab some puff and coffee before heading back home for some dials.

Received a call from the Expressway Monitoring Advisory System (EMAS) call centre , that for safety reason, the vehicle will be towed to the nearest car park, the guys are providing me some assurance and the information they provide and requested are worth a praise, nice one EMAS. Well, which i assumed it better that leaving it beside that stretch of road where vehicles travels up to 100km/hr which most goes much higher than that rushing for work, that is why you often see vehicles being stopped by the side with a traffic police in white, smiling at all the possible reasons the driver tries to explain in the shortest possible time.

I received a message asking me that very evening if i need to change the tyre since it's burst, and it costs about S$100 plus, and i mentioned that in that very discussion right on my first and upcoming conversation with different reps. It's not a very big company, but heck, it's indeed gaining profit based on my couple visits, the concept is good. Seriously good.

The showroom/waiting area looks like some bank, well-furnished with parts for those with extras to spend. At times, it's how they manage the matters that matters, the importance of information work flow and how they are getting updates within the loop. They do have great customer service which is compulsory when it comes to a business, but a good system is damn well important too.
It's that simple, if they've a system running. Maybe i can become a system consultant due to my previous work experiences...

Employ me you fool. Take my money, I'll take yours and improve your system and make the world go round.

WHO IS ON THE SOFA
BEING A COUCH POTATO,
BECAUSE HE IS HOME WITH ME
AND NOT OUT AT THE BARS.

WHO IS COMPLAINING ABOUT DOING DISHES
BECAUSE IT MEANS SHE/HE IS AT HOME,
NOT ON THE STREETS.

FOR THE TAXES I PAY
BECAUSE IT MEANS
I AM EMPLOYED .

BECAUSE IT MEANS I HAVE
BEEN SURROUNDED BY FRIENDS.

I AM OUT IN THE SUNSHINE

FOR A LAWN THAT NEEDS MOWING,
WINDOWS THAT NEED CLEANING,
AND GUTTERS THAT NEED FIXING

I HEAR ABOUT THE GOVERNMENT
BECAUSE IT MEANS
WE HAVE FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

I FIND AT THE FAR END OF THE PARKING LOT
BECAUSE IT MEANS I AM CAPABLE OF WALKING
AND I HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH TRANSPORTATION

BECAUSE IT MEANS
I AM WARM.

FOR THE LADY BEHIND ME IN CHURCH
WHO SINGS OFF KEY
BECAUSE IT MEANS I CAN HEAR.

BECAUSE IT MEANS
I HAVE CLOTHES TO WEAR.

FOR WEARINESS AND ACHING MUSCLES

Friendster Horoscope for April 27, 2008

The Bottom Line
You can't expect your life to change if you won't. Mix up your routine today.

In Detail
Doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results is one definition of insanity, did you know that? So if you are wondering why nothing is different in your life, maybe it's because you have not been doing anything different in your life. Think about how you can change something about yourself, today. Even if you just try out a different fashion statement, you will create a ripple effect in the rest of your life. You can't expect your life to change if you won't.

How true, that feeling of being in that encrypted right spot with that two shifting are oh so strong, never mind about the floating image which recharges the batteries continuously like a ups, powering up the entire system with no gap for failure.
Batteries on 60%, well and no one understands the above.

Pure POA statement,
wally for errors

Sore eyes twice

To the smiles comes with so much behind the world of trust
comes with so much

You,from the very interior within the glamour
that adds on so much

Empty when you think
Not so when you think again

it's ready

He's in Heaven now
smiling and wishing you be
happy and move on, doing the best you're taught to do
being the best you can ever be and show him proud

All these from some little sore eye conversation from 2 parts in sin

Leona Lewis-Bleeding Love

Leona Lewis Lyrics Bleeding Love [LyricsYouLove]

April-it's my break

Today marks yet another important date on my empty April, back to the department to share the insights on the inside to the new chap,he will do fine.
It brought meaning when you listen, observe and communicate wisely

More importantly to see the rest, the actions, speech and looks that's filled with joy,and i misses the guys seriously.

Well, as what rodney says. "memories are left for a smile, but do not,do not ever stop at the junction when the light turns green". Almost identical to what I've been sharing with others on the views, and surprisingly when it comes to self,it's contradicting to my beliefs.

March on...
No you,do not have to sprint
There's no rules
with no boundaries
explore and have fun
with dedication

Cars are meant to travel low, with thick tyres
how far/fast are you willing to go
don't ever believe in stretching yourself, the rubber band
you're the hand.

Chillies...my biggest threat

It kinda kick you in the face, what chillies can do to the innocents(ketchup lovers).
I was ordering a bowl of noodles, with confirmation from the hawker as well for ketchup since i asked for one without the chillies.

1 minute later, it was pouring when i returned to my seat and started tucking in.
well me with sweats.ever sprint for a whole 2.4km? just feels like knife slashing through the throat.
it was that horrifying...i left without eating further.
Guess I'm just too tired to even walk back to exchange for a bowl.

i seriously can't take chillies.the only one in the family.
Perhaps the only one in the family that's selective about veggies and
don't play majong and hates...well, chillies. There's always the same dish with two types of cooking. One spicy, one not. it goes a long way back and going on in my family.
Special treatment, my sis thinks I'm a brat. blue eyes.

Nah...
STM, short term memory..how powerful was that.it's killing people in other way.
i managed to escape with minor wounds.

Marching 25 steps + the "boy" with the orange notice

4 o'clock in the morning, where are you floating to and which stages of REM are you in.
Well i'm kinda half asleep, and partly because i just reached home from office. That whole stretch of almost 75km to-and-back is enough to hack your back no matter how comfortable your seats are.

I seriously have no clue why i did headed back though, hmm not really because i've to, but yeah just to do some archiving. Thanks glad there's company from 10 till 3am.
2 lone souls sharing 4 packets of tea and 3 packets of coffee, just enough to make one puke from overdose.well i brought too much anyway.Ben seriously did a great help despite having to work tomorrow.

So indeed, two can seriously make workflow so much faster.I might stray from the objective if left alone.yeah,confirmed.
Thanks mate.Appreciate your kind efforts.

While on the way back home, i saw people camping...likely.
(in the color of sea and veggies). They have been there i guess for quite some time.Well, they are assisting to search for a guy who probably got lost in the jungle for a while.Being extremely playful, he left "home".

Right now, i guess it's not the right time to blame the parents.
or fault on the lock, whether the brand was good enough or just wasn't solid.
Time will tell everything.

About xx days and going, if you see him. call them.

Sometimes, we just need to seriously be less serious.
Good night..

i mean, morning.

Easter Sunday

I'm seriously inspired by the video of Ye Eun, that i picked up my running shoes and headed for a run.

A short run with plenty of sweat.
Haven't did i push myself so much for the past few months, seriously touching my heart when typing this.

It's going to be reflection on self before indulgence from now on.
How can you complain.

Yoo Ye Eun, the girl who's only 5

The little girl that makes you think twice about wasting your time away.
I'm seriously touched when she enters to find the piano first,
She needs a good teacher as a guide.

God Bless Lovely Ye Eun :)

Spin the needles

My analogue watch ticks, same for yours i believe,
but it doesn't seem to be working for my clock
it spins and i mean the needles for the seconds spins

was like having my 5 minutes break from the computer screen and
it seems that time is moving so much faster than we assume it is.

While some people do stuff to kill time, time is killing them slowly don't you agree

I seriously need some planning for long term joy and shorter break
while let the rest comes naturally

Wallyballylamody

It's really fun to see something coming out from a plain land, of course you need the cash,to buy the land first. Not in a game.

It's my wallyballylamody.

If only it can be a little bit complicated. Where you manage individual building and expand your horizon, into little details such as interest rates, bank loans, different form of business taking placing right in each stores, trading this and that...

That will be interesting.
Something that cannot stimulate your brain, cannot last long.

I'm on Triumph.

The cost of a tank is 10x the cost of a troop (at the base cost of $100 and $1000). With a tank (at 10x the cost) you get 5x attack power, but 15x defend power. So if you were to average it out on dollar per point basis, you are getting the same number of average points per a dollar on a tank as a troop (a total of 10x bonuses for 10x the cost). Now if you want to break it down, and split out dollars per attack and dollars per defend then it changes slightly. You would have to break the cost into a 50/50 split, half going to attack and half going to defend That means that your troop costs you $50 for 1 attack and $50 for 1 defend ($100 total cost). This also means that you tank costs you $100 for 1 attack and $33.33 for 1 defend. ($1000 total cost)

What it comes down to is how you use your units. I don't use my tanks when I attack, so in essence I am paying $1000 per a tank for defense since they never attack (which may not be the smartest thing cost wise, but it has been working out wonderfully defense wise). I use my troops for both attack and defense so they are $50 on each side. So in reality, cost wise my troops are cheaper per a point since I utilize them for both attack and defense. Now of course I am not paying $1000 per a tank, I am paying somewhere in the range of $750 because of recruitment centers, but that's a whole different mathematical calculation.

Great info from Bob
**sometimes its just that we're plain too lazy to work out the simplest form of calculation.
And,a little seriously goes a long way.

Likely to hit 300km/hr on Singapore public road(rare) at night(1st in history)
on a stretch of 5.067km spread of tar.
Sounds like some illegal street racing.

It's not any normal car with extreme modification, well it takes about 2 secs for a century sprint...
Yes it's a bloody 2. and goes up to 18,000rpm.... now go back to your car park,
take a look at yours. how many rpm does it allows.

now you see. :)

Dance with me

(Lords of the New Church)

Mélanie Pain :

Let's dance little stranger
Show me secret sins
Love can be like bondage
Seduce me once again

Burning like an angel
Who has heaven in reprieve
Burning like the voodoo man
With devils on his sleeve

Won't you dance with me
In my world of fantasy
Won't you dance with me
Ritual fertility

Like an apparition
You don't seem real at all
Like a premonition
Of curses on my soul

The way I want to love you
Well it could be against the law
I've seen you in a thousand minds
You've made the angels fall

Won't you dance with me
In my world of fantasy
Won't you dance with me
Ritual fertility

Come on little stranger
There's only one last dance
Soon the music's over
Let's give it one more chance

Won't you dance with me
In my world of fantasy
Won't you dance with me
Ritual fertility

Take a chance with me
In my world of fantasy
Won't you dance with me

There were quite a few interesting points brought up in the house. In fact,i'm very glad these are surfaced in a open concept for sharing with the public and for inputs for reviews.

My Sunshine

Spent most of my time at the hospital today,I'm glad 7th aunt(newly introduced by granny,we've a huge family i was told,my memories are limited as a child) was there to spend time with granny till she dozed off sitting.Granny was fast asleep, but opened her eyes when I'm just about 1 steps away to the bed. Guess I'm always sending out electric signals before i even reached

She had a bad fall, and injured her legs while fracturing her hip bones.i was told that the visit before me looks more like a gang fight(granny's fans) taking place than a visit to somewhere you should be quiet, like a hospital.

She's just one of the many elderly patients with bones weakened by osteoporosis, even by walking, may result in a hip fracture due to the old age about 50 onwards in age let alone 80 plus, in a fall.
she's good, looking great, rosy cheeks and that beautiful smile, generating more energy than I've currently. She's the power plant.

Far energetic than anyone else available in that department including the staffs.

Typical sunflower.More than beautiful, highly knowledgeable as well with the amount of books she reads usually is like me keeping d busy before the prelims.Keeping mind active is that important

After all the conversation, i understand there should be two types of fractures, & these may cause temporary disability, permanent, or even more severe complications, including blood clots, pneumonia, infections, and bleeding.I'm not too sure about the medical terms mentioned but we paid highly not to worry that much, which i shall leave it to the experts, the specialists and time shall flies,

granny will eventually get well after the operation tomorrow noon,

slow but steady.

Love,
grandson

Wallybally's Principle of Life

If,

what happens when the one closest beside turns to vapour

with a bad case of the blues

with one's soul no longer here

with one's termination of life-long contract & move further onwards

where only those who are close, held deeply within

it's the feeling of separation, the state of confusion

where photos with no colors and the smiles no longer there

General impression doesn't seems healthy

and the wounds will always...there

Reality sometimes cuts through our flesh like a knife

slowly, slowly yet deep

there's no preventive measures, it's the reality in life

Let the true friends be with you

and walk the future behind your back,

only time shall heal the wounds

with us

for you.

Yours truly,

Wally

Left home about four on a Saturday morning.Guess most of you fast asleep hugging your colorful pillows,or out partying about to leave for home with that heavy breath of alcohol lingering,i'm out for support. it's all about training for the new blood till Sunday morning and sacrificing self-time for the old. it's all about high-noise and air pollution, large amt of cash pumped in for these kind results, enhancement for good purposes.

Laptop carrier filled with books,2 for the coming test on knowledge.i can't say it's that easy, with more updated information available.this will be a good guide for future references for those on management positions, and for those from the dusty ground. Also finished about 20 pages on psychology articles and 3/4 of Reader's Digest(highly recommended)http://www.readersdigest.com.sg/rd/rdhtml/en/common/home.jsp.

it all ended about 1 in the morning,Sunday. Left for CGH immediately in my filthy uniform.
Went over to visit Alvin's mum at the hospital, and see if there's anything i could assist.
Stay very strong,my friend.
Missed today's training at kallang, don't think i should go when minimum hours of sleep are not met, and having to choose only the boat or the bed.

i chose the 後半の.

Year 2008

Provided by Astrology.com

General
You are feeling very optimistic, enthusiastic and self-confident, which will overflow into all areas of your life this year. You will be doing well with acquiring money to work with new, inventive ideas as well as balancing a lot of new things in your life. You will love the challenge of working with others with different points of view. The great energy you radiate will definitely attract lots of supportive people in your life. You may be called upon you to give more time and energy in a leadership position at work.
As you go through internal personal identity changes this year, you will notice where deep changes in your outlook are possible. You are persuasive and fond of getting your own way, but you are also truly committed to fairness, and will go out of your way to make sure that it is achieved. People appreciate your kind personality and appreciate how you help others. Your friendliness and spontaneity will push you to engage in all kinds of new activities.
By the summer, you will benefit by taking more interest in your sensuous nature and getting more involved in your love for music, painting and poetry. Your deep awareness of keeping track of your health and taking better care of yourself and your own needs will help you harness some of your active energy, possibly participating in physical sports as a good outlet. Taking a vacation and getting rest will do you wonders. You will benefit from some meditation and spiritual recognition of how you relate to the universe. You are likely to formulate some new ideals and viewpoints about your own spirituality.

Career
You will need to focus and analyze new projects that are coming your way, and will need to communicate with others with more authority. You will want to express yourself freely and confidently and to take one thing at a time. New inspiration will be flowing freely and, since you have such a wonderful way of creating new, unique and abundant ideas, this will be a total blessing for you.
You have a keen awareness of analytical communication skills and find a need to change your focus quite a bit. You will allow yourself to have more freedom and flexibility in your commitments to and your expectations of others. You do very well working with others because of your objectivity and fair-mindedness. You proudly take ownership of the philosophy that your cup is half-full, not half-empty. You love the independence you have worked so hard for in your career for, and fortunately have the ability to respond quickly to sudden changes of thoughts about how you do your work.
You have a wonderful desire to explore and enjoy intriguing scientific subjects and many of the ideas you work with are very advanced perceptions. You will achieve more of a focus on education and philosophy and expand your interests into new horizons. Your sense of being organized and methodical is the way you are individually and it will be tested this year. You will learn how to have more faith in the way the universe operates and the concept of perfect order and balance and that the answers to your questions in life lie within you as well. You have a great mind for articulating what you intuitively understand. Teaching as a profession would come naturally to you.

It does says much about how i'm feeling currently.
i gave it a 1/10, the rest...9/10 shall comes from the work year results and how hard i strive. :=)

Aging

George Carlin on age. (Absolutely Brilliant)IF YOU DON'T READ THIS TO THE VERY END, YOU HAVE LOST A DAY IN YOUR LIFE.

George Carlin's Views on Aging

Do you realize that the only time in our lives when we like to get old is when we're kids? If you're less than 10 years old, you're so excited about aging that you think in fractions. 'How old are you?' 'I'm four and a half!' You're never thirty-six and a half. You're four and a half, going on five! That's the keyYou get into your teens, now they can't hold you back.
You jump to the next number, or even a few ahead. 'How old are you?' 'I'm gonna be 16!'
You could be 13, but hey, you're gonna be 16! And then the greatest day of your life . .

You become 21. Even the words sound like a ceremony . YOU BECOME 21. YESSSS!!! But then you turn 30. Oooohh, what happened there? Makes you sound like bad milk! He TURNED; we had to throw him out. There's no fun now, you're Just a sour-dumpling. What's wrong? What's changed? You BECOME 21, you TURN 30, then you're PUSHING 40. Whoa! Put on the brakes, it's all slipping away. Before you know it, you REACH 50 and your dreams are gone.

But wait!!!

You MAKE it to 60. You didn't think you would!
So you BECOME 21, TURN 30, PUSH 40, REACH 50 and MAKE it to 60.You've built up so much speed that you HIT 70! After that it's a day-by-day thing; you HIT Wednesday! You get into your 80's and every day is a complete cycle; you HIT lunch; you TURN 4:30 ; you REACH bedtime. And it doesn't end there. Into the 90s, you start going backwards; 'I Was JUST 92.' Then a strange thing happens. If you make it over 100, you become a little kid again. 'I'm 100 and a half!' May you all make it to a healthy 100 and a half!!

HOW TO STAY YOUNG
1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay 'them.'

2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down.

3. Keep learning. Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain idle. 'An idle mind is the devil's workshop.' And the devil's name is Alzheimer's.

4. Enjoy the simple things.

5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath.

6. The tears happen. Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person, who is with us our entire life, is ourselves. Be ALIVE while you are alive.

7. Surround yourself with what you love, whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge .

8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

9. Don't take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county; to a foreign country but NOT to where the guilt is.

10.Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.

AND ALWAYS REMEMBER:Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. =)

Different types of wines

Red - Made from red grape varietals eg. Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Zinfandel. Red wines are usually dry (meaning they have only a tiny amount of residual sugar and are less sweet).

White - Produced with white grapes such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Muscat and White Zinfandel. White wines can be very dry to rather sweet. (There are white wines made from red grapes too - see Blush or "Blanc de Noir" wines)

Rose - Produced from red grapes but with minimal skin contact to give it that pink/light red colour.

Blush - Also called 'Blanc de Noir', this is a white wine made from red grapes in which skin contact is avoided.

Dessert - Sweet wines, usually made using white grapes but some red varietals are also used. The grapes are harvested late to allow the grapes' sugar content to increase, or to be infected by the Bortrytis mould to achieve sweetness.
Fortified Wines - Examples are Port wines, Sherry, Madeira, Vermouth and some Muscat varietal wines from France. Alcohol is added to stop the fermentation to produce these wines.

"Guess" how time flies

That was like old time back
which happens in a blink of an eye, blink twice
the leather straps worn out like years in battle
the batteries are flat and need a hand
i've it changed 2 months back
drove the road and the traffic seems different and the kiosk changed names.
Let it be, for it's only History
